Reports- Our top of the line HRIS software allows us to run payroll reports for your employees in many formats. Our cloud based software allows up to date access for payroll and tax information 24/7 for our clients. W2’s/1099’s- We file the W2’s and 1099’s on our client’s behalf. Reprints for all years are availability automatically in your employee’s account. Time & Attendance Systems- THC123 offers multiple time & attendance system solutions to automatically calculate your employee’s payroll hours automatically. This will allow yourself to spend your time more efficiently.
Tax Management. We are responsible for filing you quarterly 941’s and annual 940 reports. Save your money from being spent on an expensive CPA firm as THC123 does not charge any additional fees for this service.
Employee Onboarding- THC123 will handle the entire employee onboarding process. From gathering application paperwork to setting the employees up in our system, we will follow all labor laws to protect our clients.
